Michael Brenner received a masters degree in Civil (structural) Engineering from Cornell University in 1976 and has been designing antenna systems and radio telescopes ever since. In 1987 he began performing and managing field installations and measurements, and in 1992 Engineering Metrology Services was founded to provide commercial industrial measurement services, technical software and engineering consulting.
